Sarah has over 20 years' experience working in premium hair and beauty salons in Christchurch, London and Melbourne - from Hairdressing through to sales, marketing and management.

Having treatments herself as well as first hand experience in salons has driven Sarah's passion for providing premium client care and service.

Sarah brings solid knowledge and a wealth of experience to Caci Sydenham, having owned her own successful consultative practice for cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery and appearance medicine in Australia for 6 years.

Sarah's enthusiasm is palpable, client needs are of paramount importance to her, and she simply thrives on seeing clients satisfied and feeling fantastic.

Having always been committed to quality active products and treatments for her own regime, she can easily simplify where it's most important to start things off for any beginners!

Sarah always exudes warmth, with her down to earth nature she instantly puts clients at ease, she is genuinely invested in her clients journey and results.

Shea is an experience Registered Nurse both in medical and high dependency surgical specialties. She has always had a passion for the beauty industry and is extremely invested in helping her customers feel confident in themselves.

Rachel

Rachel is such an asset to Caci Sydenham now in her 30th year of specialising in all things skin. Her knowledge is phenomenal and this truly reflects in the results she achieves with her customers.

Rachel continues to achieve incredible outcomes for many of our customers seeking skin confidence, her customer's journey and results always remains her top priority. 

From extremely challenging skin conditions through to acne, pigment, red veins, texture change or a beautiful brow shape she is a master. Rachel's technical knowledge for home care is always very considered, she supports all her customers to get the change they so desire with a guiding hand.

Samantha

Samantha understands that everyone wants to feel good within themselves; whether this is done through Laser Hair Removal, targeted Skin Conditioning Treatments, Appearance Medicine, or regular Beauty Therapy treatments. She believes that everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin.
 
Samantha has always had a passion for skin and quality skincare within her own life and loves helping others with their skincare concerns. "The results we achieve with our Skin Health customers by combining our treatments and using active ingredients and vitamins within skincare is incredible." One of her strengths is really understanding the chemistry that goes into a product and how the ingredients and their delivery systems work.
 
Samantha's favourite facial treatment at Caci would have to be the AHA/IP5 chemical peels, "how everyone’s skin glows and reflects off the light after just one, we follow with hydrating the skin after – I don’t think you can beat it!”
